Domi’s Cancellation Policy We try to process orders within one business day (excluding Sat, Sun and holidays) whenever possible, so if you cancel the same day, we should be able to keep the order from shipping and have you refunded within 1-2 business days. If your package is already in transit before delivery, we are still able to cancel the order, but you will be charged 15% of the order value to cover our shipping expenses and restocking fee. Returns 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason. DOMI will cover the return fees if: 1. Item has any quality-related issues. 2. Item has been damaged in transit. 3. Wrong item has been shipped. 4. The item lost in transit. NOTE: In these situations, please send the picture first. We would be responsible for our products and provide prepaid return label for you. Customer will cover the return shipping fees if: 1. You don’t like the product after received. 2. You no longer need the product after received. 3. You order the wrong product.
